Patch file of the proposed changes, where the base TestCase classes in
openjpa-persistence-jdbc/src/test/java/org/apache/openjpa/persistence/test/ are
moved to a new openjpa-testsupport module.
Lots of updates, due to the package renaming/moving of the 10 testcase support
classes.
