Changes to the manual are no longer being uploaded to the web page.
OPENJPA-2091 made a change to the directory structure in the openjpa-project
pom.xml. As a result, the assembly.xml is no longer finding the documents. A
corresponding change needs to be made in the assembly.xml and the update.xml
ant files. Also, the web page links need to be changed.
