Since the custom {{DBDictionary}} is not part of standard OpenJPA class loader,
the {{MappingTool}} will fail to find it.
The class loader is already extended by the {{AbstractOpenJpaMappingToolMojo}},
but such extended class loader is not passed to the {{MappingTool}}.
