Mark Struberg resolved OPENJPA-2655.

Resolution: Fixed
I created a sigtest and did compare the geronimo-jpa_2.1_spec 1.0-alpha-1 with
the official spec jar from EclipseLink. They are equivalent. We don't miss
anything, so we are good to go with the 1.0-alpha-1 spec jar for now
