The code in {{TCPRemoteCommitProvider}} requires to set upfront the list of
hosts to broadcast the transaction events.
There are environments as Kubernetes, however, where this is limiting, as some
form of [horizontal
scaling|https://kubernetes.io/docs/tasks/run-application/horizontal-pod-autoscale/]
is available.
The sole alternative available at present, e.g. {{JMSRemoteCommitProvider}} is
often not ideal as it requires additional infrastructure and requires more
message roundtrip.
