Tested:
 - signatures
 - build from sources
 - our main application

I would additionally:
 - add binaries to https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/dev/openjpa/4.0.1/
 - regenerate sha512 sum with `sha512sum` tool: this way signature can
be autotested :)
