----------------------------------------------------------

Commit b6d22b43a3ef793ac869ce3639526b20962be345 in openjpa's branch
refs/heads/OPENJPA-2940 from Paulo Cristovão de Araújo Silva Filho

[OPENJPA-2940] Multiple fixes

* Removed toDataStoreValue override from GetNativeObjectId as it replicated
superclass impl
* EntityManagerFactoryImpl#callInTransaction and
EntityManagerFactoryImpl#runInTransaction now throw PersistenceException
instead of UserException
* Fixed behaviour of EntityManagerFactoryImpl#callInTransaction exception
catchting so it respects startedTransaction flag when it is inside a
jtaTransaction
* Gated re-find block inside EntityManagerFactoryImpl#callInTransaction to
cases where found result is not an enhanced class as described by
OpenJPAPersistenceUtil#toPC

> Implement Jakarta Persistence API 3.2 as prescribed by
> [specification|https://jakarta.ee/specifications/persistence/3.2/] and
> required by Jakarta EE 11.
> This change requires JDK17 or higher compatibility and needs considerable
> checks.
> I've already pushed a branch (WIP) without the proper API bump, focusing on
> updating dependencies while keeping the project passing its current tests at
> least in default profile.
