* [OPENJPA-3032] Find stored procedures on Derby and call them on SQL Server
Stored procedures created with an unquoted mixed case name are stored
in upper case by Derby (and Oracle), so the metadata lookup now also
tries the name folded to upper case on databases folding unquoted
names to upper case, before the existing lower case fallback. A
procedure that is not found is no longer cached and the metadata
result sets are closed.
SQL Server reports procedures as name;version and parameters with a
leading @, and does not understand a bare CALL statement. The
SQLServerDictionary strips both and calls procedures with the JDBC
escape syntax {call name(?,...)}.
