[OpenLayers-Dev] #987 - alwaysInRange

Hi. One thing about ticket #987 that's just been committed into trunk
by Chris. Wouldn't we want to use that alwaysInRange property for the
sketch layers in Handler.Point and Handler.RegularPolygon instead of
overriding calculateInRange? What do you guys think? Eric
