I would recommend stating a new wiki page for instructional/presentation
materials, and we could post these here.

I have a *strong* sense that this already exists somewhere but my cursory
searches do not turn up anything.

Does anyone else know if we already have such a page? Would anyone like to
start one?

I think this would be really nice to have somewhere permanent that others
could quickly find
