Hey- I've changed what I think is our canonical license wiki page: http://trac.openlayers.org/wiki/Licensing?action=diff&version=5
Previously, the page said that our releases came with the standard BSD license, and that only the repository had a modified BSD. However, all the links point to the modified BSD. Please revert the change if this is incorrect. Also, the page is still somewhat misleading. If someone with a better understanding of the license could update it (John? Chris?), that would be great.
