Hi list,

The ticket below made me wonder what david was referring to. The API 
documentation on the site points (correctly) to our 2.8 release and not 
trunk, so that (most probably) could not be it. I think he referred to 
the examples, which use trunk.

Would it make sense having the examples link on the home page point to 
the latest stable release as well? This could avoid some confusion.

 Offset doesn't work on the current release. Downloaded latest SVN and it
 works. Suggest that documentation should not advance faster than the
 software.
