Hi, I would like to show google map as a background map with OpenLayers in IE 6. The example http://openlayers.org/dev/examples/google.html can only show in IE unless one connects the local OpenLayers.js but not the remote one. The problem now is that the map will be slower if the map is updated several times. When you close the IE window and reopen, then it is initially normal, and after a few updates again slowly. Nothing changes when you delete the caches. In Firefox, it works without problems. Somebody has an idea what it is.
