Hey all, Sending out an email per the How to Contribute wiki page.
I updated the ArcGIS93Rest layer to allow the user to pass in the imageSR and bboxSR instead of pulling them off of the map. I refactored some of the code that was WMS specific (we started with WMS when we originally built it), particularly the requirement for uppercase parameters. I also added additional documentation and updated all of the unit tests accordingly. http://trac.openlayers.org/ticket/2387 Thanks!
