Hey- Two issues with RC1 that are specific to 2.9:
http://trac.openlayers.org/ticket/2561 http://trac.openlayers.org/ticket/2562 The second is up for the review. Of the two, I think the second is more clearly a regression. One issue that is ready for commit and not a regression: http://trac.openlayers.org/ticket/2563 Once these are closed, it is up to the release manager to call for another RC vote. I'd be in favor of one (particularly with a very short duration).
