Hey guys, I've seen this has been kicked around a bit, but has anyone made any progress with a touch navigation control? There is a patch in ticket #1994, and another solution mentioned in http://mobilegeo.wordpress.com/2010/01/05/testing-open-layers-with-iphon e-and-android/ but the text and examples for that seem to have disappeared.
That geo-mobile blog makes it sound like one could simply map the new events to the existing navigation control, is this correct? If nothing exists at the moment, what would be the best approach? Rewiring existing controls for the new events or creating a new touch control? Any advice on which method or control to use as a basis? Thanks, John
