Yeah, I did. (This time from you.) I've reenabled that user for now. At this 
point, I don't really know what to do; you can get the full subscriber list (if 
you want to look at it) from the listinfo on the dev list: 
http://openlayers.org/mailman/listinfo/dev

Unfortunately, it doesn't look like mailman stores these in any kind of 
date-order, and I don't have any way of knowing who joined most recently. At 
this point, I guess that the best thing to do is hope that whoever's email is 
going to MPCustomer can figure out why that is happening, and fix it; without 
an email address (and none of them look likely), it's really hard for me to do 
anything else.

Unfortunately, the only people who are likely to be able to do anything about 
finding out the source are MP; the original email presumably routes to them 
through someone else, but we don't get that information.
