Unfortunately 2.1.1 has no web templates.
Upcoming 3.0.0 has. It is located under this
folder: red5/webapps/openmeetings/WEB-INF/classes/org/apache/openmeetings/web/
To properly edit it you need basic HTML/Wicket skills.
More common usecase would be to modify css files (to hide/change OM UI
elements)
