I'm using 64bit jvm on ubuntu with no issues
Could you provide any additional details on this?

Jenkins build is not "really" broken. Some builds are fail because one
maven dependency of red5 is not available from time to time, this will be
fixed with next red5 release, I have provided the patch for this :)
