Dear OpenMeetings Community,

I would like to start a vote about releasing Apache OpenMeetings 3.2.0 RC1 This 
release is the first step to pure HTML5 OpenMeetings, room is partially 
converted.

Main changes are:

Release 3.2.0, provides Partial HTML5 room:

Room is partially moved to HTML5
