Hello Alvaro,

this issue can be caused by ffmpeg
Safari is very capricious about how the video was encoded
can you put your recorded mp4 file to webapps/openmeetings/public and
try to open with Safari by the URL
http://localhost:5080/openmeetings/public/my_file.mp4

it should play .....

I only have super old Mac @ work, so I have no chances to test it myself :(
