Hi, Burke, Lara, Mike and i had a call on Friday, we managed to come up with a design. An order entry module will be authored and we intend to integrate it into core at some point in the future. Support for OrderGroups and OrderSets will be implemented in a separate module so that OpenMRS versions prior to 1.10 can benefit from it too.
