I have added the page

which describes the mapping of relationships to resources. It carries some
consequences: (1) Objects on both sides of a relationship cannot both have
collections of the other object or the mapping; (2) Collections representing
relationships are creatable but not editable; (3) Mapping files are visible as
sub-resources whenever they carry data, and in many-many relationships. I
welcome discussion.
