I think you are asking for this feature in HTMLFormEntry : https://wiki.openmrs.org/display/projects/Dynamic+List+Entry+Tags+and+Widgets and https://tickets.openmrs.org/browse/HTML-50 This is part of GSOC 2012 and hopefully we will have this feature by end of GSOC. .. I have tried different javascripts but no luck yet.. Confirmed from some of the core OpenMRS developer that it is not possible using pure javascript...so it seems you will have to wait till the summer end.. Thanks, Rajib www.missionarogya.org
