Thanks for your quick reply.The explanation u are giving does answer some
of my questions but  u didn't answer the  following questions relevant to
Samples collected by Lab technician.

   - If a patient delivers a blood  from  it varous
   tests(rbc,hgb,Hematocrit...) are examined  and stool from where parasites
   are found.Then,in sampleLabEntry  are u considering blood and stool as
   samples?If yes, are theirs sampleIds saved in Order table as Accession
   number values?
   - If the SampleIds are not assigned to the above samples(Stool and
   Blood),I would like u explain me if are sampleId  assigned to the
   tests(Hematocrit,hbg,rbc..) to be examined from the released samples by
   patient?
   - In SimpleLabEntry, is the sample date defined as ordering date?If not
   where this sample date is taken from??
