I recently discovered a very nice project to annotate text, called
BRAT: https://github.com/nlplab/brat
I think it should be useful also for the frontend of Tagging server,
with proper customization.

Which components would you need to run with
the Tagging Server?
There should be basic support now for:
- sentence detector
- tokenizer
- pos tagger
- name finder
If you feel like testing this and helping to work on it,
it should be possible to get it running quickly.
