Hi Tim,

I’m not sure if it does, but one thing we’ve been working on in
Tika has been to integrate e.g., Joshua Decoder and Moses for bring
your own model translation as well as the network APIs (Bing, Google
and Lingo24) for translation. We also have been working on language
identification (classic n-grams originally, but now integrating Text.jl
from MIT LL).
