Hi folks,

I have posted a 1st release candidate (rc1) for the Apache OpenNLP 2.3.3 
release and it is ready for testing.

This release brings four dependency updates, two bug fixes, minor corrections 
in the manual, and working integration tests (IT) again! 
The ITs were not executed for quite some time, but are executed for every 
regular Maven build now; future work should include introducing a separate 
Maven profile for executing ITs.
The manual's CSS got modernized; a preview can be found here:

Moreover, this release will ship an abbreviation dictionary for the Dutch 
language.

Thank you to everyone who contributed to this release, including all of our 
users and the people who submitted bug reports, contributed code or 
documentation enhancements.
