What does this PR do?
-
- adds Maven modules per model category for 4 new languages (Afrikaans,
Irish, Indonesian, Persian)
- adjusts Czech bin file names to compensate for change in treebank name (UD
related)
- bumps model.family to 'ud-models-1.3'
- adjusts version properties and hash sums for existing 32 lang models (4x
32) to match 1.3 models'
- fixes an inconsistent Maven module name of an Armenian model
- adjusts README.md to list and refer to a total of 36 supported languages
