Behavioral DL integration, isolated for focused review. opennlp-dl compile-depends on opennlp-runtime for CharClass (input chunking on Unicode whitespace/dash); InferenceOptions opt-ins; AbstractDL applies them offset-safely so NameFinderDL/DocumentCategorizerDL decode spans back to the original text.
