@mawiesne Done. Rebased the whole stack (1a through docs) onto current `main` (`a49cebfd`), so the new `.asf.yaml` allowlist-check plus the M4 / dependency bumps are in. The stack doesn't touch `.asf.yaml`/`.github`, so it was a clean rebase; I aligned `normalizer.xml`'s DOCTYPE to the OPENNLP-1854 local-catalog form. New tip `e83e0ea6`. Also, per @rzo1's #1110 nits, dropped the lazy-init justification comments in `Confusables` here too, to keep the three bundled-data loaders consistent. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
