Actually, I also suspect the user might try to register the
www.openoffice.org website, as before. Or the forums, or the wiki, or
the mailing lists, or even the committer account. That's the reason I
asked "What do you mean by 'register a new user'?"
Thanks to RGB.ES for reminding us that the user might not be on the
