Reporting a problem with the OpenOffice website

I havw downloaded OpenOffice but cannot open the application. 
Apache_OpenOffice_4.0.1_MacOS_x86_install_en-US.dmg.   Mac 10.9 
Mavericks will not permit this software to open saying that it is from 
an unidentified developer.
