A genuine OpenOffice, downloaded from www.openoffice.org, does not necessitate any account or unlock fees. If OpenOffice will not remove with Windows /Control Pael, Add/Remove Programs, then I fear you have downloaded (and possibly subscribed for?) a compromised OpenOffice, which unforynatelyy does happen.
