As far as I know, the aim is to (re)instate the tradition of an event in
the US in Spring and one in Europe in Autumn. Other events (like an
"ApacheCon Asia" or such) would be in addition to these two "core"
events. So after ApacheCon Denver it will be natural to start thinking
of ApacheCon EU 2014.
I would expect (I have no information, it's just a personal feeling)
ApacheCon Europe details to be announced during ApacheCon Denver at latest.
