I have denied the showstopper flag because it is not nice but also not serious and can be easy workarounded. We even don't know if this is used often or in a slightly different way where it works. We should keep in mid that it was already in the Beta and nobody had reported a problem here. I propose to fix it asap on trunk and take it into account when we either have to prepare a further RC (which I don't hope) or a potentially 4.1.1.
