Realizing that I am not a member of the private mailing list.... if I
simply send an email to the private mailing list,
1. Will my email go through (given that I am not a member).
2. should I have some expectation that after the message is received
that someone will act on the message.
My primary interest is that we find someone who has the ability /
authority or or what ever is required to make this happen.
