I don't know why there needs to be a firewall rule for downloading this software. I would expect that every Internet traffic via port 80 is activated.

Here are 2 things that may could help:

- You could try to download at different time points.

- Also to choose a different mirror server [1] could help. Make your reload the download page after choosing a different mirror than "Auto-select".

Otherwise you can ask your system admin for help. As it seems to be a special case here it could be a good help.

I know that the download is working at this moment. So, I'm sorry but I think we cannot help here in a concrete way.
