I think that would be a good idea Matthias. My only concern would be that we "Publish" them and not "Release" them. As to the methadology used that should probably be discussed as we get closer to actually getting the Getting Started Guide ready to go. Considering I had to do a search to figure out what a PWA was, I might not be the best person to ask about that.
