Hi all,
i am not sure what my experiment is turning into. lol.
I found out today that you can not build openSSL or LibreSSL with
MSCV2008 compilers, becouse both use c99 code, which is not well
implemented with MSCV2008 it seems.
@Damjan did you manage to build OpenSSL with SCONs? and i miss something?
According to https://github.com/openssl/openssl/blob/master/NOTES-C99.md
"Starting with 3.6 OpenSSL project is going to gradually adopt C-99
features."
I've never needed C99 because our OpenSSL version is 3.0.13.
thanks, i missed that. I will try then OpenSSL again.
All the best
Peter
