here is the test result for the 64 bit run. (untested on my side.)

i updated the permissions. You should now need only the link to download
the installer.
Again this is a test build, don't use it in your day to day work.
If you test please test files with macros, or other uno components
(setup a database maybe?)
for completeness if one wants to test the 32bit:

both will not install in parallel. (if you bild the filename will be
wrong. but i need to checkin and push.

Win64 has bugs, need fixing. All are done on bazel differenly so the
port is of little help.
