Which switches to you use for configure? (If you use any.)

Which OOo version do you try to build?

What is wintel?

Can you be more precise what you mean with this?

When I type ./bootstrap, I get:
cp: cannot stat
`/cygdrive/c/downloads/openOffice/sdk1.9.109/SRC680_m109/dmake/d
make.exe': No such file or directory

Please check if
 /cygdrive/c/downloads/openOffice/sdk1.9.109/SRC680_m109/dmake/dmake.exe
exists or not.

dmake should have been build by configure, unless you know what you're
doing and can give a detailed diagnosis of the problem you should
*always* provide the relevant output of the failing command. (Certainly
more than one line.)

What might I be missing?
My crystal ball is broken, first of all you have to be very precise
in your problem description.

I suggest you open an issue, describe your problem there and attach
the created winenv.set to that issue so that we can see what went wrong.
