Sorry for the delay.  I had trouble getting it together for the 28th.
The wiki needs upgrading for the extension, as well as to prevent some
XSS attacks.  Because of this, I need to take it down for longer.  I
will do it the 30th.  There is a notice on the wiki.  Once again, I'm
sorry about the delay.
