actually the problem was solved now. The reason was that there are three different environment variables for a temp folder involved in the build process: two from Windows: TEMP and TMP one form the buildsystem: TEMPDIR Once you set them all to the same folder the packageing works fine. For whatever reason the expand.exe extracts the files in a temp folder that is not the folder where the copy command later wants it. Shall I file an issue about this?
