I am not sure if this is the right place to bring up this topic, but
if it is not then please point me in the right direction.

I have long been having a problem with there not being an openoffice
equivalent of the microsoft project or the microsoft visio programs.
Now since I have recently received quite a lot of money from a
lottery, I would like to offer a bounty for creating an openoffice
equivalent of ms-project and ms-visio, both being feature equivalent
and format compatible with the microsoft offerings.

Now I have no idea how to best go about offering this bounty, how much
it would actually cost, and in what time frame it could be delivered
(I realise that both a very large and time-consuming undertakings).

Could you please assist me in giving pointers on how to best go about
this, how much money for the bounty would be reasonable and what
time-frame would be reasonable ?

All help and input is more than welcome,

I'm not a developer, I'm just involved with the project. But I can tell
you most of the developers are away for holidays. So maybe some of them only read your message next year.
