Here is another idea for that.
How about slightly enhancing [1] instead of keeping [2] updated?

Now I understand that there is currently no way to help developers who
have found a problem related to a specific module directory within
OpenOffice.org's source file tree and will need to find a corresponding
component of Issue Tracker. That might be 'By Module.'

In my case, I sometime refer to 'modules' [4] at [3] to find relations
between a directory name and project name such as XXX.openoffice.org
even though that way seems not perfect.
