I protected a document with a password. I was able to open the document many times with the password. I then got a 'The wrong password has been entered' error on quite a few attempts in sequence. I was then later able to open the document one time only (with the password). I now get 'The wrong password has been entered' error again. Have checked caps lock. Two input languages (one keyboard - laptop) are being used on the computer - English and Chinese Simplified, PRC. Password was entered in English. I have put my problem on the Community Forum. One person suggested that I enter the password in Notepad and copy and paste but this did not work. A friend loaded OpenOffice on to his computer and tried to open the document (using the password) but could not.
Is there any way that I can access this document? I started it last year and so it is a bit of a loss. Thanks Xuemei Wang
