Woha! Thats a bit too much! Either PACKAGE="installed" _OR_ FORCE2ARCHIVE.

Its trying to build a tarball (the .deb stuff later is just the name of the
makefile-target).

Here is your problem. These files seem to be missing in your solver.
Try rebuilding and redelivering module dictionaries.
cd dictionaries && build && deliver

That one should be investigated too.
