if you are looking for a "Debug version", OOo does not build one. But as you are running Fedora, see if you can reproduce the problem in their version, and if so, download the debuginfo packages from their repositories (if you reproduce the crash from within gdb, it will tell the packages you need to install). Other option is to build OOo by yourself. By the way, I could reproduce your issue on Fedora 11 x86_64 with OOo DEV300_m57, so this can be confirmed and sure some OOo engineer will take a look soon.
