Recently a friend sent me a comment about LibreOffice taking over
OpenOffice.org which was a bit confusing.
Could some you please point me in a direction where I can read get some
dependable and creditable information about the future of OpenOffice.org.
I've encouraged many people to start using OpenOffice.org to create and
prepare their family history. I would like to be sure I'm not recommending a
change to OpenOffice if they will have to use something else in the near
future.
My experience with OpenOffice.org has been outstanding and I'd like to
congratulate all of the people who are adding code and expertise to the
project. I'd like to continue to support and recommend it to others without
any reservations.
